Terms of Service

Hey! Once again, thanks so much for considering my artwork! Here are a couple of things you should know before submitting a request for an art commission.

  • Only USD

  • Send Payment Through PayPal

  • A 25% deposit is required before I start working on the commission. The remaining 75% is due when I compleate the artwork and before I send it to you

  • If I cancel a commission, I will provide a full refund to you

  • If you cancel the commission after I start working, the 25% deposit is non refundable

  • If the client is inactive and doesn't repond to my messages regarding feedback or information about the project, I will place the project on hold, if a month passes and I don't receive a response, I will cancel the commission, and will not refund the 25% deposit.

DO​

  • Request animals, people, or characters.

  • Send at least 1 reference image (you can send more, of course!)

DON'T

  • Request any inappropriate (NSFW) or hateful artwork.

  • Request a commission without a reference image.

Process

  • Turnaround: Commissions typically take 1-3 weeks depending on complexty and current workload, I'll communicate if there are delay!

  • Client inactivity: if I don't receive a response for 7 days after requesting feedback or information about the project, I may place the commission on hold, or cancel it.

  • I may decline your commission request.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I will show you updates at the sketch, lineart and base colors phase, and you may request minor changes (changing base colors, facial expressions, or tiny details).

  • Any major change (i.e completely changing a pose, adding a major structure) will result in an additional cost.

  • If I make a mistake, you may request a major change free of cost.

  • If you want to make a change to the finished artwork, you must pay an additional fee.

  • I retain the right to display commissioned artowrk in my portfolio, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon

  • You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use such as: profile pictures, social media posts/thumbnails, wallpaper, ect.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for: merchandise, advertising, monitized branding, ect.

  • ​If you are requesting work that you'd like the commercial rights to, that will be an additional cost to the art work.

Delivery

  • Final artwork will be delivered digitally in [PNG] format at 4K resolution for horizontal peices and 5400x7200 for poster/vertical peices

  • Project files are not included unless agreed upon
