Terms of Service

Hey! Once again, thanks so much for considering my artwork! Here are a couple of things you should know before submitting a request for an art commission.

  • Only USD

  • Send Payment Through PayPal

  • I will only start the commission after the down payment, typically 25% of the total price, which will be deducted from the final payment.

Do's and Don'ts

DO​

  • Request animals, people, or characters.

  • Send at least 1 reference image (you can send more, of course!)

DON'T

  • Request any inappropriate (NSFW) or hateful artwork.

  • Request a commission without a reference image.

Process

  • I may decline your commission request.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I will show you updates at different checkpoints, and you may request minor changes.

  • Any major change (i.e completely changing a pose, adding a major structure) will result in an additional cost.

  • If I make a mistake, you may request a major change free of cost.

  • If you want to make a change to the finished artwork, you must pay an additional fee.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • If you are requesting fan art, it should be for personal use only.

  • You may not use the commissioned artwork for profit, meaning for merchandise, but other uses like thumbnails or posting on social media is good with me!

  • ​If you are requesting work that you'd like the rights to, that will be an additional cost to the art work.
